1. Agreement

By creating a Zurviqo Site account you agree to these terms. Zurviqo Site is provided by R200R Solutions Ltd.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Starter, Pro and Business plans are described on the pricing page. Trials run for 14 days. You can cancel at any time from the manage subscription page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zurviqo Site only for lawful site QA, punch list and compliance sign-off purposes, and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

4. Data

You own the project and item data you create in Zurviqo Site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

5. Liability

Zurviqo Site is provided "as is". R200R Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
