Common questions
What counts as a "user" toward my plan limit?
Only internal team members (your own staff) count toward your plan's user limit. Subcontractors you invite to a project are external users — they're always free and never count, no matter how many you add.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal — changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
What happens after my 14-day free trial?
If you started without a card, you'll be prompted to add payment details to keep going. If you added a card at signup, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial — cancel any time before then at no charge.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — switch to annual billing on any plan and get two months free compared to paying monthly.
What happens if I lose signal on site?
Zurviqo Site is offline-first. You can keep logging items, adding photos and updating statuses with no connection — everything syncs automatically the moment you're back online.
Can subcontractors use Zurviqo Site?
Yes. Invite subcontractors to a specific project and they can view and update the items assigned to them. They can't close out or verify items — that stays with your internal team.
Can I capture photos and video, and mark them up?
Yes. Every item supports photo and video capture directly from the app, and photos can be marked up with on-screen annotation before they're attached. Starter includes 2 photos per item, Pro includes 10 split between photos and videos, and Business is unlimited photos with up to 10 videos per item.
